Airportica Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Airportica is operated by Wowzaaa S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (Str. Alexandru Cel Bun 17, Brașov, Romania). “Airportica”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms refers to this entity.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of the landing site, waitlist form, floating forms, and account-deletion request form. When the Airportica mobile apps launch, separate in-app terms will apply.

3. Early Access disclaimer

The site describes features that are still under development. Access to the Early Access program is limited and not guaranteed. Rewards, AIRPOINTS balances, partner offers and airport coverage may change or be withdrawn before launch.

• Nothing on this site is an offer of financial services or legal advice.
• Information is provided “as is” for planning and research purposes.
• We may update product details, eligibility rules and launch dates at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. In particular, you will not attempt to break security, interfere with the waitlist or account-deletion forms, send automated submissions, or use the content to compete unfairly with Airportica.

5. Feedback

If you share feedback, ideas or suggestions, you grant Airportica a perpetual, worldwide licence to use that input without obligation to you. This helps us improve the product quickly during the Early Access phase.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, graphics, logos, trademarks, screenshots) belongs to Airportica or our licensors. You may view it for personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute or exploit it without permission.

7. User Content and Community Rules

7.1 User Content — Airportica allows you and other users to post, upload, submit or otherwise make content available in the app, including reviews, ratings, photos, comments, profile information and other materials (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for your User Content.

7.2 No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour — Airportica has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree that you will not post, share or otherwise engage in any content or behaviour that is:

• illegal, fraudulent or misleading;
• hateful, harassing, bullying, or encouraging self-harm or violence;
• discriminatory or mean-spirited towards any person or group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, medical condition, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or any other protected characteristic;
• sexually explicit, pornographic, or intended to sexually exploit or endanger others;
• glorifying or threatening violence, terrorism or criminal activity;
• containing threats, stalking, doxxing or invasion of privacy;
• spam, scams, commercial solicitations or unauthorised advertising;
• infringing the intellectual property or other rights of any third party; or
• otherwise offensive, unsafe or inconsistent with these Terms or with a safe experience for travellers.

Airportica may remove any User Content and suspend or terminate accounts that, in our reasonable opinion, violate these rules or the App Store guidelines, without prior notice.

7.3 Moderation, reporting and blocking

Filtering and moderation. We may use automated tools and/or human review to moderate User Content and reduce the visibility of or remove content that may be objectionable, unsafe or low-quality.

Reporting tools. The app provides a way for you to report content or users that you believe are abusive, unsafe or otherwise in breach of these Terms. We review reports within a reasonable timeframe and take appropriate action, which may include removal of content or restriction of accounts.

Blocking users. Where available, you may block or mute other users, which hides their content and/or prevents further direct interaction with you inside the app.

Contact and appeals. If you believe your content or account has been removed or restricted in error, you can contact us at support@airportica.com (or via the in-app support section). We may request additional information to review your appeal.

7.4 Licence to Airportica — By submitting User Content, you grant Airportica a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence (with the right to sublicense) to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display that content within the app, on our websites and in our marketing materials, solely for the purpose of operating, improving and promoting Airportica.

7.5 Your promises — You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and grant the above licence; and that your User Content and your use of the app will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Airportica is not obliged to monitor all User Content and is not responsible for content posted by users. However, we reserve the right to remove or disable access to any User Content at any time for any reason, including to comply with law, to protect users, or to comply with Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude any implied warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Wowzaaa S.R.L. will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing limits liability for fraud, intent or any liability that cannot be excluded under Romanian or EU law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are in the UK or EU you may also have mandatory local consumer protections. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Brașov, Romania, unless consumer rules give you the right to file locally.
