Delete Your Airportica Account
Deleting your Airportica account is permanent and cannot be undone. If you still have access to the Airportica app, we strongly recommend using the in-app "Delete my account" flow found at Profile > Settings > Privacy & Account. This page is primarily for users who no longer have access to the app but still need their account removed.
Once your account is deleted, all in-app data and AIRPOINTS will be removed, and you will not be able to recover any previous activity.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your Airportica account will be marked for deletion.
- You will be logged out on all devices once the deletion is processed.
- Your profile, AIRPOINTS balance and in-app preferences will be permanently deleted.
- Some information (for example, order or transaction records) may be retained where required by law, but only for as long as necessary and in line with our Privacy Policy.
Account deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation when your account has been deleted.
Request account deletion
Use the same email address that is linked to your Airportica account. We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the deletion.
